San Luis Mezcal
Alipus San Luis is crafted with Agave Espadin grown in sandy soil with lots of rocks. Mezcalero Don Baltazar ferments the cooked agave in 1500L pine vats, then distills in copper. This rich, full-bodied mezcal has sweet notes of cured meat alongside snappy citrus, fresh honey, roasted agave and barbecue spice. A little heat and a lot of heart.
