It’s bargain Chablis, as it has to be classified as a Burgundy Village wine (the village being Chitry). All the beauty of Burgundy, fermented and slipped into your stemware. It is the season of De Moor. J’adore, de Moor. Alice and Olivier are well recognised and revered in the natural wine world. Working with plots and vines based in some of the most enviable wine producing sites - Chablis, Chitry and Saint Bris. Alice and Olivier vinify their wines in Courgis, north west of Dijon. Olivier has always drawn the labels himself too. The wines have a clarity, a sense of wholeness, a sense of themselves. Nice to drink wines that know who they are. These wines sell out very quickly, too quickly a lot of the time (we like drinking them too!) so be quick.
