The Trebbiano vineyards date back to 1973. Grapes were harvested at the start of October, de-stemmed and fermented in steel, with a skin contact maceration of 1 month. A small part of Vernaccia is added after fermentation, after going through a 3 days skin contact. Ageing in concrete vats, before being bottled.
Fruity and floral, with some great concentration. Very well balanced. - Vino Mito, Importer.
