2023 Watervale Riesling

Riesling from the Gullyview, Parish Vineyards, Watervale. Grown on red clay on limestone (Gullyview & Grace), Red clay on slate and iron stone (Parish). All hand harvested and sorted in vineyard. Crushed, destemmed and on skins for six hours. Naturally fermented in steel & ceramic amphora for 2 months, then aged in stainless steel on fine lees for 6 months. Riesling but not as you know it - aromatic with texture and spice. - Damo Koerner, Winemaker.
