This here is a true expression of a Valley tequila. Made with 100% Blue Agave from the outskirts of Tequila town – benefited by the pristine waters of the Tequila mountain – rested in steel tanks for six months before being Estate bottled. It's a finely textured tequila with sweet, sappy licks of grilled capsicum, honey, tinned pineapple, florals, citrus, herbs and white pepper. Ends softly; gently.
