"Riesling, the queen of all grapes. Acidity, purity, the ability to really show a place. I’m in love. We have another 7000 plants to put in at home. I love the versatility of this grape, so wonderful. Again picked late in the season when I have very good seed ripeness and lignified stalks. It holds so well in the field, giving you so many options of flavour profile to work with." Tom.
