Launched by Ben Bowles and Andrew Fitzgerald in Brunswick, The Gospel is Australia's only dedicated rye whiskey distillery. Crafted with local unmalted rye from South Australia in their six-metre high column still – designed and constructed by the former engineers – it's aged in a mix of virgin American oak and Australian wine barrels.

Their Solera Rye Whiskey is double distilled and matured in an epic two story tall bespoke solera system. Technically, it's not old enough to be called whisky, hence the title 'Solera Rye', but we've been converted and are welcoming modern Australian spirits with open arms! This is pure elegance; yet also pure drinkability. Young and deeply coloured, with sweet caramel classic rye characters on the nose. Oily yet fresh with good weight and that moreish rye spice.
