A rippling, rollicking 14 year old Cardhu single malt Scotch whisky, released as part of Diageo's 2021 Special Releases. Red florals, cut grass, black pepper - swimming in honey and peaches. Harmonious and far reaching. Initially aged in refill American oak casks, but given its delicacy and subtle nudging for fruit, it was treated to a period in red wine casks.
