Blended and landed in this form. Predominately Shiraz sourced from Strathfieldsaye vineyard in Bendigo. Planted to quartz, gavel and sandstone. Organically managed for two years. Carbon maceration and 12 days on skins. A few squirts of Riesling, Viognier, Pinot Gris and Cabernet France are added for JUICE dimension. Only a small amount of SO2 is added just before bottling.
Refreshing fine tannins. Blackberries. Blueberries. Salivation central. A very very subtle green herbaceous note from the whole bunch press. Medium crunch. Hints of spice. Chill me! Fridge me!
