His 2022 Remstal Riesling Trocken is made in Remstal, Germany, in a fairly traditional way, with a small amount of skin contact and a healthy amount of oxygen during the fermenting process. Timo makes these German wines with help from his son, River. The wine is aged in oak, before being bottled and sent back to Australia. It's a drier style, a little wild and a lot elegant.
