2021 Red Blend

Fresh red fruits, herbs, happiness, spice, velvet. Everything you want in a red blend. This juicy number comprises Syrah (38%), Grenache (25%), Carignan (21%), Lagrein (10%), Mourvedre (6%), each fermented separately in 1000L wooden vats using native yeast, pressed to wooden vats and old French oak barrels for about 15 months of elevage, left to settle in tank for a week and then bottled.
