100% Timorasso here made by Daniele Ricci. Timorasso is a variety you don't see as often as you should. A wonderful textural and elegant variety. One for lovers of Chardonnay and Chenin. This one in particular is rich and nutty, yet lifted with aomatics of honey and white flowers. A true delight to drink.
