Air Incense Sticks SEASONS

OIMU is a Seoul-based design studio, whose projects reinterpret forgotten cultural values and traditions. Their incense sticks are handmade with wood flour, elm-barks, corn starches, pine resin and fragrance oil. Through a  labour-intensive process harnessing traditional Korean techniques, skilled craftsman knead the raw natural materials and extract the dough elaborately by hand before air drying it in the wind over several months.

'Seasons' contains all four kinds of OIMU scents: Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter. Six of each fragrance; twenty-four sticks total (note these are much larger than the 'Family' sticks). The eco-friendly package is made from waste paper, with beautiful hot-foil gold stamping.
