Based on Greco from Heathcote fermented in amphora (sandstone jar), matured for 12 months on fine lees, the botanicals are focused on citrus , mostly yuzu and also some native citrus , wormwood plus salmon gum and chestnut flowers . 19% alc/vol. , extra dry , this is the perfect aperitivo on ice or with soda as well as a fresh ingredient for mixing.
