An exciting new cuvée! Made from 66% Mencia from young vines in the Deans' Balhanna vineyard, with 34% Grenache from 30 year old vines at Jupiter Creek. Simple recipe- both parcels underwent 5 days carbonic ferment then pressed off into terracotta. We love this- stylish, savoury and satisfying.
