A slight majority Semillon with a light wild and oxy twist adding a more savoury edge over the fruit driven Sauvignon expression. Attractive yellow orange colour. The nose is a lot more savoury than the highly aromatic 100% Sauvignon last year. Orange and lemon rind, persimmon, sour yellow plum, white spice and a little dried herb.
