Kinoshita Shuzo was founded in the town of Kumihama, Kyoto prefecture in 1842. The Tamagawa Tokubetsu Junmai is made from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 65%. This sake shows a nutty savoury nose, medium-bodied on the palate with fine bright acidity and a tannin-like finish. - Black Market Sake, Importer.
