Ribolla Gialla is this region's pride and joy, a variety that’s now seriously celebrated by producers who are serious about terroir and history. This practice is consistent across Italy, as regions that were subjected to destruction during war time, or stripped of personality to placate commercial pursuit, slowly become rebuilt viticulturally.
