Clayface Chardonnay is purely made in amphora. Hand harvested grapes in the cool morning then simply basket pressed to an Italian hand made Amphora pot. Natural primary & secondary ferment, then racked directly to bottle. To show the purity of the season, site & fruit through into the wine. - Josephine Perry, Winemaker.
