Commune of Buttons made a vermouth! Albeit a minuscule amount – we’re lucky to have gotten our hands on some. 100% organic Chardonnay, 1000% delicious. This project started back in 2021. Herbs were foraged from around the Commune of Buttons Basket Range farm & placed into tinctures. These were blended back into the base wine, & the vermouth was then aged for 2 years.
