This Madrecuixe is hand harvest and hand mashed with wooden hammers. Fermented in cypress timber tanks with the use of well water. Double distilled in copper alembic stills. Smells like Guava, lavender and dried herbs and tastes like pine, grapefruit rind, stone fruits and finished with a dusty and dried star anise. - Agave Lux, Importer.
