Owned and run by Natalie and Ben, little Hobartian distillery Taylor & Smith experiments with native Tassie botanicals to distil the soul, the season and the sun of their locale. For their cocktail range, the duo collaborated with Hobart's Dier Makr to make the best cocktails you can put in a bottle. Enter Army Navy: a delectable citrus and almond gin sour. Serve chilled with a twist of lemon rind (twist so the oils of the rind go onto the surface of the drink). Yummmmmmmm.
