A debut amaro from Saison! This first release is a wine-based amaro using moscato from north eastern Victoria. Layered with heaps of organically farmed globe artichokes, wild thistles, wild lavender and meyer lemon. This amaro is bittered, balanced and aged in oak before bottling.
