Rhubarb Sbagliato

Negroni Sbagliato roughly translates to 'mistaken or broken negroni'. BUT is it really broken? Or enhanced. We think the latter. Add one and a half ounces of Rhubarb Vermouth and one and a half ounces of Campari and stir down over ice. Strain, top with Prosecco and drink!
