Pedro Quintanilla's grandfather was a prominent grower of Blue Agave and owned a Hacienda in Jalisco where he produced an exquisite tequila for his family, friends and workers but never commercialised it. Decades later, Pedro was convinced his grandfather's recipe could go even further, and Tequila los Azulejos was born.
