Grappa di Arneis DOC

From the iconic producer Romano Levi, this grappa is completely derived from Arneis grape pomace. It is aged for around 4 months in old Piedmont barrels post distillation and is quiet structured, yet curiously fresh. A grappa that leans far more into the aromatic and delicate world, rather than complex. Plenty of pears and pineapples on the nose, with a dry finish. Digestivo hour never ends.
