Sugarcane Rhum
This exceptional rum is produced from Biodynamic sugar Rob Sowter grew on his family's biodynamic sugar cane farm in 2019 and 2020, crushed and wild fermented on site at Redridge in Queensland. Pot distilled in a still of their own design and manufacture for making whole juice Rhum, and aged for at least two years in ex-red wine, French oak. Housed in a beautiful hand-screenprinted, reuseable bottle (perfect vase, just saying).
