Rosnay Organic Vineyard Canowindra Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvedre. De-stemmed and direct press individually then blended together. Wild ferment and bottled by gravity to finish ferment in bottle, then hand disgorged after 5 months. No added sulfur, fining or filtering. Light fruity fizzy fun, think turkish delight and strawberries.
