A very small rosé cuvée is produced only in certain years starting from a Sangiovese tank: the free-run must is separated with the ancient technique of bloodletting and then refines in full barrels for at least a year. Unfiltered or clarified wine, obtained by spontaneous fermentation from organic grapes. Sangiovese 100%, salasso (bleeding) from the tank within the first eight hours.
