Alan and Nelly Cooper have been farming biodynamically in the Macedon Ranges since 1985. Their wines are one of the the highlights of the region. 100% Syrah gently handled and aged in oak and quevri. Mineral, fine spice and surprisingly textural yet bone dry. Think turkish delight and slated grapefruit.
