The Ojisan range is a special collaboration between New Zealander Alex Craighead of Kindeli and Kazuomi Fujimaki from cult Japanese winery Grape Republic. 2022 Rouge is50% Syrah, 30% Merlot, 20% Pinot Noir. Syrah is fermented for 5 days, Merlot for 4 days. Pinot Noir is fermented for 10 days (half by hole punch fermentation). After pressing, each wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
