Malbec is the emblematic variety of Argentina and we try to make this wine a fresh interpretation of this. For this, the harvest begins at the beginning of March until the first week of April, from the traditional Luján de Cuyo to the heights of the Uco Valley, passing through clay soils to calcareous stones, we seek the freshness and purity of a vibrant Malbec. For this, the harvest begins at the beginning of March until the first week of April, from the traditional Luján de Cuyo to the heights of the Uco Valley, passing through clay soils to calcareous stones, we seek the freshness and purity of a vibrant Malbec. We vinify destemmed bunches and a whole percentage, without adding any extraneous element, and at temperatures between 24º and 26ºC for several weeks.
