2021 Bourgogne Rouge

La Maison Romane was founded by Oronce de Beler in 2005. His wines are very terroir-focused, and carefully selects the purchased grapes from a wide variety of terroirs in Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. In additoon the farmers he works with all share the same sustainability ideals. Oronce employs whole cluster fermentation and long gentle macerations and and bottles without prior fining or filtration. The result is bright, perfumed and elegant Burgundian wines.
