Hello Grape Dreams. It's a wine love story.  Hand harvested Syrah from Justin and Pip Jarrett's vineyard in Orange of NSW, a certified organic parcel. A bit over a tonne of grapes foot stomped and left on skins for 24 hours. Pressed off and with our usual minimal intervention, wild stainless tank ferment followed by 6 months in barrel.
