We picked this wine across a few weeks to capture the ripeness at the right time for different sections of the vineyard. Some of this wine was straight pressed onto our best whole bunches and the other portion was destemmed and eventually combined to the other portion post pressing. On full lees for 8 months and then a full year in bottle before release. Bob + Tom, Winemakers.
