Goth Juice. A blend of Sezão (40%), Shiraz (40%) and Petit Verdot (20%). A mixture of Yarra and Nagambie fruit. Fermented separately in open top fermenters where we gently hand plunged over 8 -10 days. Raised in old oak for 8 months.A beautiful deep ruby red hue. A berry bomb.
