Carignan (Blanc, Gris & Negre) Grenache (Blanc, Gris & Negre) with a small portion of Muscat d’Alexandria. A combination of fermentations, 30% directly pressed, 30% 4 days maceration, 40% foot stomped and 10 days maceration. 
 
Red fruited with a citrus twist. Florals, red fruit crunch. Moreish, snap. Rosehip fruit tea. Chilled red vibes, hello summer.
