After 45 years at the helm of Domaine Laroche, Michel Laroche embarked on a new project with Margaux, his daughter. Michel Laroche and his daughter Margaux started their project in 2012, in honour of Michel’s father Henri. It is a project that saw the reclamation and reinvigoration of the Laroche vineyards. The vineyards are spread across 22 hectares in Petit Chablis, Chablis, 1er Cru Fourchaume and Beauroy. The latter two are holdings much sought after worldwide. Margaux’s passion for organic viticulture is deep, and given the challenging conditions of Chablis as is, she has an incredible fortitude when it comes to their upkeep.
