The vines have a westward orientation rather than SW and the plots fall within an altitude of 300 – 450 meters. Peter’s farming has been organic since the beginning, converting to biodynamics in 2014. Fermentation is with indigenous yeast, the wines are un-fined and unfiltered. A small part of sulphur is added at bottling. - Liz Carey, Importer.
