The grapes come from a single vineyard called “Cancelli”, 450m above sea level in the commune of Loreto Aprutino in the province of Pescara. After fermentation is complete the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks for ageing. This white is fresh, savoury with a lovely salty element.
