Mandarins, Aperol, pink grapefruit and lychee. Salty and savoury on the palate, with some amaro bitterness, tonic water and a soft, mouth watering acidity. Serve cold with a Deli Sandwich, your best friend and Wings Band on the Run (Standard). Grown by Con in Yarra Glen. Hand harvested at 12 Baume on the 22nd of February.
