Organic Chardonnay from Borenore which sits at a groovy 870m in elevation. Fruit was hand destemmed into amphora for 2 months. Pressed to neutral French oak for 10 months and then bottled straight out of barrel, zero sulphur added. Chewy, grungy and groovy. - Hamish 'The Hammer' McDonald, Winemaker.
