2024 ‘Northern’ Pinot Noir

A blend of two excellent vineyards Northern Tasmania’s Cradle Coast and Tamar Valley from the first non-La Niña season in some time. Half fully destemmed for brightness and pretty red fruits, the other half fermented as whole bunches for structure and savoury complexity. 320 dozen produced.
