2024 Farmhouse Fizz
Chardonnay (60%) and Vermentino (40%) from the beautiful folk at Rosnay Vineyard in
Canowindra. Both portions fermented for 2-weeks on skins, basket pressed to neutral oak
puncheons for 6-months. De-frosted vermentino juice was added back and the wine bottled for
re-fermentation in situ. Un-disgorged, no added sulphites.
