2023 Even Keel Joven
There are notes of charcuterie, violet and dark cherry on the nose. On the palate it’s all dusty, velvety tannins with dark cherry tang bringing refreshing acidity. An excellent food wine, it wants bold flavours, grilled meats and seafood. It also drinks happily on its own, slightly chilled or at room temperature. - Sam Coverdale, Winemaker
