Philippe Formentin is an exceptional Languedoc producer making wines by organic and biodynamic vineyard purposes, his vineyards and winery are close to the town of Clermont l’Herault. It is about 40 kilometers directly west of the city of Montpelier and north-west of the delightful seaside town of Séte.

This is a super delicious light red that's colour looks like it's all about the party - but don't worry, there are layers and body that envelop your senses as the bottle begins to open up.  A carbonic maceration (3-4 weeks) blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, and Grenache Noir aged in tank, with 25% direct press Marsanne added in for good measures. With these four super hero grapes combined, we see layers of bramble fruits, earthy tones, electric lights, mini waterfalls and karaoke nights. 12.5% abv.
