We offer a delightfully aromatic, lighter bodied Nero D'Avola made from hand harvested fruit, sourced from the Murray Darling region of Victoria. Pressed & made lovingly on Wonnarua Country in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. This wine has been made with minimal sulphites. Our fruit was fermented in Indian clay pots known as Kothi. Pressed & made lovingly on Wonnarua Country in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. This wine has been made with minimal sulphites. Our fruit was fermented in Indian clay pots known as Kothi. Black cherry, plum, blackberry, and red currant with subtle notes of violet & black pepper.
