Handpicked from the Wallington vineyard & Antonio's vineyard in Canowindra. Certified organic and planted on gravelly and sandy clay loam soils, known locally as “Canowindra Porphyry”. Handpicked and pressed into a combination of new (20%) and old French barriques and a portion in stainless. Fermented using native yeast and allowed to sit on yeast lees for a further 6 months. 

Jared Dixon is giving all the haters a decent peek into the New England wine scene. When he started, there was practically no interest in the region, but after a fair few years planting, caretaking and vinifying, his eclectic range has charmed the pants off the public.
