2023 Mimsy Chenin Blanc Spritz

New wines from the one and only James Erskine AKA Jauma are here! 
There is always a sparkling in the roster of James' yearly release but it isn't always the same. This year we are thrilled to have Mimsy join the ranks. 25 year old Chenin Blanc all from Blewitt Springs, grown on white sand on clay. All destemmed, left on skins for two days then pressed to tank. A delicate spritz. Melon, citrus and pure refreshment. Four seasons of summer please.
