GIOVINO is crafted in collaboration with importer QuelVino and Dario Serrentino of Mortellito utilising his pristine organic fruit. These wines are grown in the raised 400m plains outside the town of Partinico. Here Dario works with the specific clone of Catarratto called Catarratto Lucido ('Shiny Catarratto'), which creates wines with more texture, depth, and color than the common Catarratto found throughout Sicilia. These vinos are bright and fresh, speaking loudly of coastal Sicily with soaring acidity and brisk salinity.
